8 Days Pyramids-Nile Cruise & Abu Simbel

Day 1: Arrival Cairo

Upon arrival in Cairo airport, you will be met and greeted by our team and transferred to the hotel in our air-conditioned vehicle. After the check-in, you will have a brief meeting to review your holiday program. Overnight in Cairo at Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel / Le Passage Hotel and Casino or Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino or similar

Day 2: Pyramids / Museum tours

After breakfast, drive to Giza Plateau to visit one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx, and Valley Temple facing the great statue. You will have lunch at one of the local restaurants. After lunch, visit the Egyptian Museum then proceed to the Islamic Cairo to visit Khan El Khalili, which is the Cairo’s old bazaar. Late afternoon, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel / Le Passage Hotel and Casino or Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino or similar

Day 3: Aswan tours

After breakfast, transfer to the local Airport for your domestic regular flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and drive to see the famous High Dam, Philae Temple devoted to the 2 goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the massive Unfinished Obelisk. Overnight at The Tolip Hotel or similar in Aswan

After breakfast, you will drive to Abu Simbel to visit the 2 Temples of Abu Simbel which have very unique style of the ancient Egypt. These 2 temples were saved by the the Egyptian government and UNESCO from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the 4 universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramsses II. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramsses II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor, the wife of the Sun god. Later, transfer back to Aswan and board your cruise. Dinner and overnight on-board the MS Salacia Nile cruise or Movenpick Royal Lily Nile Cruise or similar in Aswan

Day 5: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

After breakfast, begin your sail to Kom Ombo to visit the twin Temple of Kom Ombo to learn more about the crocodile god called Sobek and the falcon god called Horus. You will have your lunch in the cruise as you sail to Edfu to visit the Temple of Edfu. This temple is the best preserved of the ancient world. The structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon god. You will proceed with your sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on-board the MS Salacia Nile cruise or Movenpick Royal Lily Nile Cruise or similar in Aswan

Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise Tours

After breakfast, sail to Luxor to visit the West Bank of Luxor where you will take an excursion to the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom during the 15th century BCE at Deir El-Bahari. Later, proceed to the towering Colossi of Memnon, and then back to the Nile cruise ship for your lunch. Dinner and overnight on-board the MS Salacia Nile cruise or Movenpick Royal Lily Nile Cruise or similar in Aswan

Day 7: Cairo

After breakfast, disembark from the cruise and drive to the ancient Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple along the east bank of Luxor. Later, transfer to Luxor Airport for your local regular flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met by our team and transferred to your local hotel. Overnight in Cairo at at Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel / Le Passage Hotel and Casino or Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino or similar

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back home
