The is essentially a Swahili fisherman’s village that has grown to be one of the wealthiest areas in Dar. The peninsula is characterized by affluent shops, restaurants and bazaars. It is also a luxury residential area for most politicians and expatriates. Hangout with friends and colleagues at high end entertainment spots and sundowners by the bay.
