This tour is planned for those who wish to combine the ancient monuments and the Nile cruise. You will explore the Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Hatshepsut Temple, Edfu Temple, Karnak Temple and Philae temple

7 Days Pyramids & Nile exploration tour itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive Cairo

Upon arrival, you will be met and greeted by our team and transferred in our air-conditioned vehicle to the hotel. After hotel check-in, you will chat with our team on your holiday program and clarify anything that you may want done. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo Excursions

After breakfast, drive to the Giza Plateau to visit one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world which is the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue. You will have your lunch at one of the local restaurants. After lunch, proceed to visit the Egyptian Museum and later to the Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Late afternoon, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Aswan Excursions

After breakfast, transfer to the Cairo Airport for your local regular flight to Aswan City where you will be met by our local representative and  transferred to the Nile River Cruise. Your lunch will be on board the cruise as you visit the world famous High Dam, The awesome Philae temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo and Edfu Excursions

After breakfast, begin your sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple shared by 2 gods Sobek & Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Proceed with your sail to Edfu with your lunch on board. You will proceed to visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, Horus Temple in Edfu. Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Luxor Excursions

After your breakfast on board, begin your sail to Luxor to visit the West Bank, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built in the 15th century BC by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut, at El-Deir El-Bahari & the Colossi of Memnon. You will enjoy your lunch on board. Dinner on board Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Luxor Excursions / Cairo

After breakfast, you will disembark from the cruise and proceed to visit Karnak & Luxor temples at the East Bank of the River Nile. Later, transfer to Luxor Airport for your local regular flight to Cairo where you will be met by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the Cairo International Airport for your flight back home.
